June Update #4
New Features
- •Roster Calendar ReportIn the main navigation bar under Insights, we've added Roster. This provides you with a calendar styled report that clearly shows all staff rostered on for the week, the times they are working, and total hours working. You'll also get a Daily Coverage card, giving you clear insight into how many staff are working on a given day and the combined hours.
Major Updates
- •RefundsYou can now process refunds by opening the related invoice, selecting the payment action menu and selecting Refund. Refunds are tracked in the Payments report so you can clearly see money in vs. out. IMPORTANT NOTE: you must manually refund Stripe/online payments via the Stripe portal. Automated Stripe refunds will be available in a future release.
- •Till can be Enabled/DisabledYou can now choose to enable or disable the Till. If you have no reason to track Cash, then it may be worth keeping it off. If you handle cash and want to make sure it's accurately tracked and balances, then enabling the Till will help with this.
- •Roster ImprovementsYou can now enable the roster on a per-user/staff basis without enabling the calendar/online bookings for that user.
- •Home Page UpdatesThe homepage has received significant updates. This includes a new navigation menu, new footer, individual feature pages and contact form. More work to come soon.
- •Online BookingsThe online booking flow has been improved significantly. A dedicated confirmation page has also been implemented, providing the client with a clear indication of the booking success as well as booking details.
- •Subscriptions Page UpdatedMajor rework of subscription page.
Minor Updates
- •SuppliersChanges made to the Suppliers UI, including the addition of Files uploads, and Notes.
- •New Invoice payment card design.The table used for invoice payment records has been replaced with a new custom design.
- •Summary Cards UpdatedThese should now adapt to all screen sizes much better - from desktop to mobile.
- •Confirmation Email ImprovementsIn Settings > Notifications > Confirmation - you can now define the default state for each kind of Confirmation. If you Disable sending by default, then no email will be sent unless you explicitly select the Send Email option during the action you're performing.
- •Lots of UI and UX ImprovementsWe've made lots of smaller changes across the entire app that hopefully improve the look and feel of the app.

June Update #3
Various improvements and additions across the app - including Stock Orders, Audit Log, changes to the Till and stock movement plus much more.
New Features
- •Stock OrdersFurther improvements will be made once we receive some feedback on the current implementation.
- •Audit Log- Implemented audit log view so you have greater insight into who performed what action, when etc. For example, if a stock order is deleted, you can now identify when it was deleted and by whom. - Only the account owner has access by default. If you would like another user to have access to it, you must enable it in User Permissions.
Major Updates
- •Till has received signifcant upgrades!- Now includes dedicated opening and closing flows. - Denomination counter to help ensure counts are accurate. - Implemented Cash Movement which allows you to record cash out and cash in records (e.g. correction, petty cash etc).
- •Product Stock MovementManual stock level changes must now be performed via the dedicated Edit Stock flow. This then logs the changes to the Stock History table for greater visibility.
Minor Updates
- •Feature RequestsWe've made several improvements - including a product updates section and progress bar giving you some insight as to where development of the request is currently at.
- •Feature Requests CommentsWhen you post a comment, you can either Edit or Delete the comment for up to 5 minutes after you post it. This allows you to make changes if needed.
- •Client Overview CardsAdded several cards showing Total Appointments, Total Revenue, and Average Value - providing a quick overview of client activity.
- •Client Appointment Status BadgesBadges now align with the Appointment for consistency and visibility.
- •Product GST ToggleYou can now toggle GST on/off on a per product basis. When the product is added to an invoice, Apply GST checkbox will be unchecked.
Bug Fixes
- •Feature RequestsVarious bugs across the entire feature have been resolved.

June Update #2
New Features
- •TillYou can now track cash payments more accurately using the Till. This is an initial basic implementation with further improvements to come very soon. The till can be accessed via the Wallet icon in the header top-right.
- •Feature RequestsInitial placeholder page for upcoming Feature Requests. You'll be able to submit new requests, track existing requests, and keep up to date with what's coming soon.
Major Updates
- •Invoices and Payments now carry location context.You can now reporting on invoices/payments based on location - useful if you have multiple locations.
- •Products now carry location context.Products can now be assigned to different locations. This allows you to stock multiple brands, but make them available a location basis.
- •Checks, balances and hardening around appointments.When an invoice is raised against an appointment, certain elements can no longer to be changed. For example, services can not be deleted on the invoice. You must void/delete the invoice first, change the appointment, and raise the invoice again.
Minor Updates
- •Minor UI updates.Several small UI updates across various sections of the app have been improved. Icons added to buttons, etc.
- •Appointment locked when Mark Completed.Marking and appointment as completed now locks down the appointment so no further changes can be made. If changes need to be made, you can undo Mark Completed. This helps to prevent accidental changes.
- •Resize individual appointment service blocks.You should now be able to click and drag the bottom of the individual appointment service blocks. This allows you to decrease or increase service allocated time without editing the appointment itself.
Bug Fixes
- •Various Bug FixesWe've resolved a lot of smaller issues under the hood across various aspects of the app.

June Update #1
Various changes across services and availability, including pre and post service buffer times.
New Features
- •Buffer/Padding time added.You can now apply buffer/padding time to services and control how it's implemented in Settings.
- •Add-Ons can be allocated to Services.When a service is selected that has an add-on allocated, the client will be shown these add-ons during online booking. Staff will also be shown the add-ons during manual booking - prompting them to inform the client.
- •Client Portal Messaging.Client can now message you directly in the Client Portal. You'll be notified in the app when this happens. The complete message log is available within the Client record. You can disable it in Settings > Public Site.
