Bookable Users and Additional Locations are charged separately. You will be charged once for Bookable Users, and a separate subscription will charge for Additional Locations. This gives you the freedom to increase or decrease either subscription as needed and pay only for what you need.
Upgrades, such as moving from 1 to 3 users, are charged immediately for the full new monthly amount and reset your monthly billing cycle from that day. If you upgrade halfway through the month, you will be charged for the full month again and your new billing cycle will begin from the upgrade date.
Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your billing cycle. If you downgrade halfway through the month, you will keep access to your additional bookable users or locations until the end of the billing month.
Refunds are not issued and pro-rata billing is not offered. For this reason, we recommend planning upgrades towards the end of your billing cycle where possible.
