1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Servorian, including the public website, account features, tenant workspaces, support features, billing features, and administrative tools.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration and account information.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, controlling access to your account, and all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must not share access in a way that bypasses the service's security, billing, or tenant-permission controls.
  • You should enable two-factor authentication where available and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. What the service is for

Servorian is a configurable multi-tenant SaaS platform foundation. It may be used to operate tenant-facing product modules, account systems, support workflows, billing flows, and other application capabilities made available in the service.

  • You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with data, content, and materials you have the right to submit or manage.
  • You must not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy obligations, harass others, distribute unlawful material, or facilitate abuse.
  • You must not probe, overload, disable, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to disrupt the service except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Tenant workspaces and permissions

  • Access to tenant workspaces depends on membership and role assignment.
  • Tenant owners and administrators are responsible for managing membership and permissions within their own workspace where those features are available.
  • Platform administrators may retain broader authority over the overall service for security, support, legal, or operational reasons.

5. Your content and data

You retain your rights in the data and materials you submit to the service. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Servorian.

6. Support, moderation, and enforcement

  • You are responsible for your submissions, support requests, billing interactions, and other activity carried out through the service.
  • We may review, restrict, suspend, or remove access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, investigate misuse, respond to legal issues, protect users, or maintain the service.
  • Administrators may disable accounts, revoke sessions, initiate password resets, manage tenant access, or take other operational action when needed to secure the platform.

7. Subscriptions, billing, and paid features

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing and payment-method workflows may be handled through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.

If you start a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the applicable subscription fees, taxes, and other stated charges using the payment method you designate.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. If payment fails, we may suspend, limit, downgrade, or terminate paid features until the billing issue is resolved.

8. Service communications

Servorian may send transactional emails, verification messages, security codes, billing notices, support communications, and in-app notifications related to your account or use of the service.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Servorian at any time. Features may change as the product evolves.

The service depends on third-party systems and providers, and we are not responsible for outages or delivery failures caused by those providers.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servorian is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version in the service and revise the last-updated date on this page.
